ENT Department is one of the most rapidly developing departments of SLMCH.The department is in the process of continuously upgrading itself to keep pace with the ever-growing demands of patient care. The department boasts of Senior Consultants, Consultants, and two Audiologists & Speech Therapists who are well experienced and are excellent in their professional competence.
Outpatient Department is equipped with:-
- Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy
- Video Laryngoscopy
- Audiology wing with a Sound treated Room
- Facilities like Pure tone Audiometry, Speech Audiometry and Impedance.
The ENT operating room is well equipped with advanced equipments like KTP 532 LASER, Zeiss Sensera Microscope, HD Camera with HD monitor, Nasal Endoscopes, and microdebriders. ENT and Head & Neck Surgeries like Functional Endoscopic sinus surgeries (FESS), Thyroid Surgeries, Coblation assisted Tonsillectomy, Skull base surgeries, Mastoidectomy with Tympanoplasty, and Microlaryngeal Surgeries are performed by the experienced team of consultants.
