A free medical health camp was conducted at Sri Devi Gangai Amman Koil, Avadi on 26/06/2026. The event aimed at providing accessible health care services, early disease detection and referral support for under served populations in the locality.
Camp highlights:
Total patients screened: 78, newly diagnosed diabetes cases: 8, hypertensive cases: 6, referrals: 4 patients requiring further care were referred to SLMCH. Specialist participation: Department of Ophthalmology took part in this camp. This camp reflects SLMCH’s enduring commitment to extending quality care to communities in need, reflecting our motto: “Caring lives” in action.
