A free medical health camp was conducted at Karuniyam Prayer House on 09/05/26. The event aimed at providing accessible health care services, early disease detection and referral support for under served populations in the locality.
Camp highlights:
Total patients screened: 49, newly diagnosed diabetes cases: 8, hypertensive cases: 6, referrals: 5 patients were referred to SLMCH for further care. Specialist participation: Departments of Community Medicine, Psychiatry, LFC, Dermatology & General Surgery took part in this camp. This camp reflects SLMCH’s enduring commitment to extending quality medical care to communities in need, reflecting our motto: “Caring lives” in action.
