A free medical health camp was conducted at Greater Chennai Corporation, Madhavaram on 05/07/26. The event aimed at providing accessible health care services, early disease detection and referral support for under served populations in the locality.
Camp highlights:
Total patients screened: 66, referrals: 4 patients requiring further care were referred to SLMCH. Specialist participation: Department of Ophthalmology took part in this camp. Those requiring cataract surgery underwent the procedure free of cost under the DBCS scheme. This camp reflects SLMCH’s enduring commitment to extending quality care to communities in need, reflecting our motto: “Caring lives” in action.
