A free medical health camp was conducted at Dr. MGR University, off campus Arni from 01/07/26-02/07/26. The event aimed at providing accessible health care services, early disease detection and referral support for under served populations in the locality.
Camp highlights:
Total patients screened: 114, newly diagnosed diabetes cases: 21, hypertensive cases: 14, referrals: 63 patients requiring further care were referred to SLMCH. Specialist participation: Departments of Dermatology, ENT, Dental, Orthopedics took part in this camp. This camp reflects SLMCH’s enduring commitment to extending quality care to communities in need, reflecting our motto: “Caring lives” in action
